HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO REPLACE THE PURCHASED PRODUCT? You have 14 days from the date of delivery to replace the purchased product.

WHAT CONDITIONS A PRODUCT THAT I WANT TO REPLACE MUST FULFIL? The replaced product must be sent back in the same condition that it was delivered. It cannot be damaged or destroyed. It has to be in as-new condition with original labels and packaging.

WHAT CONDITIONS A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT MUST FULFIL? The replacement product can be any product available in the Taranko E-Shop of at least the same price as the replaced product.

CAN I REPLACE PUCHASED PRODUCTS IN ANY TARANKO SHOP? Unfortunately, no. A product purchased in the Taranko E-Shop has to be replaced through the E-Shop.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE TARANKO E-SHOP TO REPLACE MY PRODUCT? The replacement procedure may take up to 14 days. If, for any reason, you need to collect the new order earlier, we suggest using the return option and making another purchase in the e-shop.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO REPLAVE A PRODUCT? To replace a product purchased in the Taranko E-Shop:

  1. Place a new order in the Taranko E-shop indicating a replacement product.
  2. Choose "Pre-payment - bank transfer" in the payment options
    • If the new ordered product costs the same as the replaced product, you do not make any additional payments as the shipment costs in Poland for the replacement product are borne by the Taranko E-Shop.
    • Shipment costs for the replacement product abroad are paid by the customer according to the price list.
    • If the new ordered product is more expensive than the replaced one, you need to pay the difference by a bank transfer to the account of the Taranko E-Shop specified in the order confirmation and the replacement form. Please include "REPLACEMENT No...." (enter the number of replacement order) in the transfer name.
  3. Carefully pack and secure the product.
  4. Complete the replacement form attached with the product (if you do not have the form, you can print it here - download the form).
  5. Send the replaced product with the replacement form, proof of purchase (a receipt, VAT invoice) to the following address:

The Taranko E-Shop covers the costs of delivering a product to the Customer.

The E-Shop does not accept COD packages.
